Interaction of the nitrogen-containing carbon backbone polymers with essential α-amino acids

چکیده

The aim of this work is to research the interactions water-soluble nitrogen-containing copolymers with essential amino acids in aqueous media. For this, poly(N-vinylformamide-co-N-vinylimidazole) and poly(N-vinylcaprolactam-co-N-vinylimidazole) random were synthesized by free radical polymerization. products obtained are characterized GPC, DLS, FTIR. have a narrow molecular weight distribution low dispersity. histidine, proline, arginine, leucine, phenylalanine, methionine researched UV spectroscopy, FTIR, TEM. It was found that conjugation correlates copolymer composition hydrodynamic radius Rh, depends on pH medium acid structures. shown chloride anion presence polymer-amino acid-water systems affects mechanism their interactions. shows can be used for creation effective eco-friendly extraction or matrices enzyme immobilization.
